Blame Canada

Just a quick note to let you know that everything is going well in NYC. We have got to get some more tummy pics up here because Sarah is looking so cute with her Jack sized belly. One of the new favorite parts of my day is laying in bed around 11:00pm when Jack decides to do his calisthenics. He’s going to be all set for soccer.

I just got back from my buddy Shaun’s wedding in Kansas City. Some of you will remember him from such roles as Best Man in “Our Wedding” and lead skateboarder for Team Rockford.  He has just married the woman of his dreams, Jennie. There are few people that amaze me right from the beginning. Jennie is incredible. She is hilarious and sweet. They make a perfect couple because they completely compliment each other. Their wedding was a blast. Mostly because I got to wear a tux. I was born to be in a tux.

Earlier in the week I was in Toronto on a business trip. I had to work on a floor of 350 traders at a Canadian bank. My stress level was pretty high and even though the trip was successful by Tuesday I was ready to get out of there. While I was waiting in line at the airport to give my passport to the US border guard a young Canadian guard looked me up and down and said, “What the heck happened to you?” Now, I know I was pretty frazzled from the trip but I didn’t think that it was that apparent, so I asked, “What do you mean?” and she said, “You are too short. I thought all you Americans are supposed to be tall!” Stupid Canada....

No more trips. I have to have a baby!
